Conference numbers from Minotaur IT allow you to create conference ‘rooms’ for virtual meetings, all without needing to install any equipment at your premises.

Once we’ve set up a conference number for you, simply give your participants details of the number and PIN, then at the conference time, each participant ‘dials in’ and can hear every other participant. We can even set up different PINs for speakers vs. attendees, so you can prevent some people speaking if you wish.

Unlike some other conference services, you can use any of our numbers for conference calls, be they UK area codes, non-geographic, or even international numbers. We can even supply multiple numbers linked to the same conference room – useful if you have some participants in the USA and some in the UK, for example.
